GSGYR201F Dual-Axis FOG

GSGYR201F provides dual-axis synchronized angular rate sensing in a 64×60×40mm integrated package weighing 170~200g. Standard grade bias <1°/h and high-grade <0.3°/h. RS422 output with ≥500Hz bandwidth and 3-second startup. This cost-effective dual-axis solution serves electro-optical gimbal stabilization and flight control platforms where two-axis measurement is required without paying for a third axis.

    Product Introduction

    GSGYR201F is an inertial angular rate sensor based on the optical Sagnac effect, which is used to measure the rotational angular velocity of a carrier along the direction of its sensitive axis.


    It adopts a digital closed-loop detection circuit to extract the optical path difference between clockwise and counterclockwise propagating light—sensed by the optical fiber coil—caused by external physical angular velocity. Meanwhile, it performs modulation and demodulation on the voltage signal converted from the optical path difference signal, and implements closed-loop feedback and control to achieve the purpose of real-time angular velocity signal detection.

    Function

    This product consists of two parts: an optical angular velocity sensing unit and a signal detection unit. It provides external dual-axis angular increment information and internal temperature information.

    Composition

    The main components of the product are as follows:

    ●  Optical path unit: Including SLD light source, optical fiber coil, integrated optical phase modulator, optical fiber coupler, and photodetector;

    ●  Circuit unit: Light source driving circuit, signal detection and control circuit;

    ●  Gyroscope structural components.
