GSIMU005M features dual redundant gyro and accelerometer pairs within a 27×27×10mm compact footprint. This hardware-level backup architecture ensures continuous operation in mission-critical applications. Gyro bias <0.05°, range ±400°/s, and accelerometer range ±10g. RS-422 interface at 460800bps delivers high-speed data for aerospace, flight testing, and short-term navigation where reliability is non-negotiable.

    Product Introduction

    GSIMU005M is an inertial measurement module developed with MEMS technology, which can measure the angular velocity and acceleration information of the carrier in three directions.


    MEMS is a micro-device or system that integrates micro-sensors, micro-actuators, micro-mechanical structures, micro-power and micro-energy, signal processing and control circuits, high-performance electronic integrated devices, interfaces and communications. MEMS is a kind of independent intelligent system that can be mass-produced, the size of the system is a few millimeters or even smaller, and its internal structure is generally in the order of microns or even nanometers.


    Common products include MEMS accelerometers, MEMS optical sensors, MEMS pressure sensors, MEMS gyroscopes, MEMS humidity sensors, MEMS gas sensors and their integrated products.
